Our Story
I'm Arthur Serafim. I've been training dogs since 2020, starting in Utah before moving to Austin where I built my client base through word of mouth.
My service dog Korra is a fully trained black German Shepherd. You may have seen her — the TSA video hit over 1.2 million views. She's proof of what's possible when training is done right and maintained consistently. But she's not the only reason this community exists.
My focus has always been real world reliability and helping handlers understand how to set their dogs up for long term success. Whether that's a working dog, a dog with behavioral issues, or a family dog that needs to listen everywhere — the approach is the same. Build the handler first. The dog follows.

Q: Is this only for German Shepherd owners?
A: No. Korra is a Shepherd because that's my dog. The training philosophy and methods work for every breed. The dogs I work with professionally cover every breed group.
Q: I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
A: Yes — probably more for you than anyone. Beginners get the most out of a program that teaches the handler first. You'll start with the foundations and build up from there.
Q: My dog is older. Is it too late?
A: It's not. Older dogs learn. They sometimes take longer to unlearn habits but they respond well to clear structure. If you have a 3 year old dog that pulls on leash, we can fix that.
Q: Is this positive reinforcement only or balanced training?
A: Balanced. I use rewards, markers, structure, and corrections when appropriate. I teach the nuance of when each tool fits. If you're strictly force-free only, this probably isn't the right community for you.
Q: How much time do I need each day?
A: 15 to 20 minutes of focused work gets most dogs where they need to be. The real work is integrating training into normal life — feeding time, walks, guests at the door. You're not carving out hours. You're changing how you already interact with your dog.
Q: Will this help with reactivity, aggression, or resource guarding?
A: Yes — these are some of the most requested topics and get dedicated content. Severe aggression cases may need in person help alongside the community content.
Q: Is there a contract or long term commitment?
A: Month to month. Cancel anytime. Founding members who cancel and rejoin pay the current regular price, not the founding rate.
Q: How is this different from your TikTok and Instagram content?
A: Social media is the highlight reel — 30 second clips of finished behaviors. The community is the full path to get there. The context, the setup, the corrections, the actual process. It's also interactive — you ask, I answer, other members weigh in.
